What is the genre of your game: action, role-playing, etc.? Have you created any concept images? That would help us determine whether TNT Basic is suitable for your project.

I'm trying to make an action/arcade game.
I have not made any IMG's but I will try to describe it better.
It's a 2D game but your looking at it from an angle as if it was 3D. I can do the programing for the game but I can't do art and if this is going to happen I also need a program to chang the pixles around to make it look 3D.
not looking down on it not looking right at it at a 90 angle but at it from a 45 angle.

Yes swagIT im sort of thinking of Isometric but not 3D as in haveing things stick out of the playing field like in the one at http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/1b/IsometricFlaw_2.svg/800px-IsometricFlaw_2.svg.png

I need a program that will take a picture and chang it. The program will have to do somthing like this: starting at the bottom of the screen (screen resolution: 800 x 600) and take all the pixels form that line and paste them on the screen but at half way up the screen only take every 2nd pixle and paste them on the screen.
